welcome to Hungarikum Hotel****superior. In our information we would like to introduce you our services and help you to spend your free time as pleasant as possible.

All the staff of our hotel will try to serve your comfort and needs to provide a relaxing environment for your stay. We wish you a peaceful stay in our hotel with lifetime experiences.

The Reception of our hotel is at your disposal 24 hours a day for any request or question.

Accessible Rooms and Barrier-free areas: We have 2 hotel rooms for disabled guests (1 single and 1 double) on the ground floor. The lifts and corridors are designed to allow wheelchair access to all rooms in the building. Parking for disabled guests is free of charge in the barrier-free car park in front of the hotel. In the Czifray István Restaurant  and on the Conference level there are a disabled toilets. We would like to inform our guests that the pools and the saunaworld of the Chamomile Flower Wellness area is not handicapped accessible, but we can provide a mobile lift for our guests on request.
Air-conditioning: the rooms are cooled only when the windows are closed, the desired temperature can be set on the control panel on the wall. The recommended cooling temperature is 22 - 26 C°. This temperature range ensures a pleasant feeling of comfort.
In case of adjustment difficulties, please contact Reception!
Bathrobe: for our adult guests, we prepare a bathrobe in the wardrobe for the comfortable use of the Chamomile Flower Wellness area. Please leave it in the room on departure. The bath towel is not allowed to leave the Hungarikum Liget area. The bathrobe is the property of the hotel and may only be used in the Hungarikum Liget area!
For children, a limited number of bathrobes in children's size can be provided upon request. Please inform our room maids or the Reception desk of your request.
Robes embroidered with our hotel logo can be purchased at Reception.
In case of damage to the bathrobe or its removal from the hotel premises, the compensation fee is 15.000 HUF/robe. The Hotel is entitled to charge the Guest for the bathrobe missing from the room after departure.
Bathroom children's toiletries: for our guests under 12 years old, we offer bathroom children's toiletries.
Bed: Our hotel takes special care to ensure a restful night's sleep for our guests. Our rooms are equipped with a bed structure with a flexible bed base and a modern mattress in good condition, with a combined thickness of 25 cm. Beds are 90 x 200 cm.
Bed linen: Bed linen is changed every 3 days to protect our environment and to ensure its long-term sustainability. On request, bed linen is changed at different intervals, even daily. Please inform the Reception if you require a daily change of bed linen. Please ask at Reception for the extra bed linen change fee.
Our hotel also has anti-allergenic bed linen, please contact Reception if you require this.
Bible: in the desk drawer.
Bin: In our hotel rooms, there is a bin for mixed waste under the desk. In our bathrooms you will also find a bin for mixed waste.
Bugs, spiders: our hotel ensures the undisturbed rest of our guests with regular insect control. If you do encounter them, please let us know and we apologise. If you happen to find any spiders or insects in your room, please let us know and we will remove them.
Classic rooms: our hotel has 71 classic double rooms, each named after a Hungarian speciality, some of which can accommodate an extra bed.
Cleaning: rooms are cleaned daily. Our chambermaids clean between 8:00 and 16:00, unless there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door handle. During the daily cleaning, our chambermaids will do the following: airing, making up the bed (if no valuables or personal items have been placed on it), emptying the trash, replacing toilet paper and toiletries, vacuuming if necessary, mopping. If you need cleaning, please indicate your request to our chambermaids by putting a "Cleaning please" sign on the door handle. You will find a sign in the room, hanging on the door handle.
An extra cleaning charge will be made if there is dirt on the furniture, carpets, fabrics or curtains that cannot be cleaned by normal cleaning.
Coffee machine: in our suites you will find a Nespresso coffee machine.
Cosmetic products: for the bathrooms of our hotel rooms, we prepare a cosmetic package for our guests, including 4 facial cleansing discs, 2 ear cleaners and a small nail file.
Device for external and internal communication: an in-room telephone is a device for external and internal communication.
Door lock operation: The door can only be opened by guests using the wristband: when the magnetic wristband is touched and the reader next to the room door is approached, a green light flashes on the reader for a few seconds, at which point the door can be opened. In an emergency, the room doors can be opened by a physical key for staff or the authorities. From the inside, the door can be opened at any time with a handle.
When leaving the room, please check that the room door is properly closed.
Electric kettle: in all rooms of our hotel we prepare tea for our guests, which they can prepare using the kettle in the room. Guests are kindly requested not to leave the kettle unattended while it is in use. Please use only the kettle in the room, no electronic devices brought in by the guests are allowed!
Furnishings, furniture: the rooms have been furnished with special care, we kindly ask our guests not to rearrange the room, do not move the furniture (e.g. ottoman). Moving furniture may cause damage to furniture and floors. Room furniture cannot be moved to the balcony, balcony furniture cannot be moved into the room. Furniture on the balcony is specially placed for this purpose.
Any damage to the furniture or upholstered surfaces of the room is the responsibility of the Guest.
Hairdryer: in the bathroom. The hairdryer is operated by a safety switch, which is activated by pressing and holding the control button.
Heating: the heating and cooling equipment in the rooms is only operated with the windows closed. The temperature can be adjusted via a digital control panel on the wall.
Please contact Reception in case of adjustment difficulties.
A towel dryer radiator is available in the bathroom of our hotel rooms, which can be adjusted using the thermostat head under the radiator. The towel dryer radiator is operated centrally and can be adjusted using the thermostat on the radiator.
Internet access: internet is available in all rooms via WIFI, free of charge and automatically connected to the network in the area (no password required). Internet access is also available on the TV and tablet in the room. 
Ironing board: an ironing board and an iron can be provided on request. If you need one, please let the reception know.
Laundry, ironing: we offer laundry and ironing services for our guests. In case of laundry or ironing needs, please place the clothes for washing or ironing in the laundry bag in the room. You can request this service by filling in the laundry/ironing list in the desk drawer and handing in the laundry bag at the Reception. Please note that we can only wash clothes that do not require special cleaning.
Clothes dropped off before 9:00 a.m. will be washed and ironed within 12 hours/by individual arrangement. The service is available from Monday to Friday. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any changes in size or colour of the clothes.
Magnetic wristband: our hotel rooms can be opened with the magnetic wristband given to you at check-in. The wristband allows guests to use the room credit in our units. Access to the Gabriella Thermal and Beach Spa is also possible with the magnetic wristband. In addition, the barrier in the hotel car park can also be operated with the magnetic wristband.
Minibar:
We prepare a selection of drinks and snacks for our guests in our hotel rooms. The minibar is stocked daily and the replenished quantities are recorded on the list provided and charged to the room bill.
In all cases, minibar consumption is charged in addition to the accommodation rate, the package price. Only products provided by the hotel can be stored in the minibar. 
Please bring the list of your last consumption with you to the Reception when you travel. Thank you for your efforts!  Please note that the hotel is entitled to charge the amount of the minibar items consumed by the Guest but not reported.
Pen, notebook: located on the table in the room.
"Please do not disturb": if you wish to be left undisturbed in your room, please place a "Please do not disturb" sign on the outside door handle. If your room has a "Please do not disturb" sign on it all day, we will only provide room service at your request and will not do the daily cleaning. Please call Reception if you require any service.
Please note that on the day of your departure, if our staff find "Please do not disturb!" on th door handle, and the Guest does not respond to the hotel's telephone call, our staff may enter the room at any time after 10:00 a.m.
Radio: radio service is available via the hotel room's TV menu. A list of channels can be found in the guest information folder.
Room blackout: our hotel rooms have blackout facilities with blackout curtains.
Room credit: At our Reception, István Czifray Restaurant, Törley Bar, Camomile Flower Wellness Area, Gabriella Thermal and Beach Spa, you can use your magnetic wristband to use room credit.
Room service: room service is available daily from 07:00 to 23:00, based on the menu and drinks list in the room, for a service charge.
From 21:30 onwards, only drinks can be ordered.
Please note that room service is charged in addition to the half-board package price. The half-board does not include room service meals, drinks and service charges, nor can room service meals and drinks be substituted for a half-board meal (breakfast, dinner).
Safe: There is a safety deposit box in the wardrobe in each room, free of charge.
The room safe can be opened by pressing the code 123 and the key button, after which the lock unlocks. You can unlock the door by turning the grey lock. After unlocking the door, please press the red RESET button located on the inside of the door behind the combination lock. After pressing the button, the original code will be deleted and you can set a new code of your own with 3 to 8 digits. You can then unlock the safe using only your own code and by pressing the key button.
If you need any assistance, please contact reception! Please do not leave valuables or large amounts of cash in your room, use the safe in the room. The hotel cannot be held responsible for valuables left in the room.
Sewing kit: you will find the sewing kit in the drawer of your desk.
Shoe cleaning kit: the shoe cleaning kit is located in the wardrobe.
Shoehorn: In the rooms, you will find it in the hall closet.
Slippers: for your convenience, slippers are provided in the in-room wardrobe.
Smoke detector: located in the room.
Suite: our hotel has 6 suites, which can be combined with an adjoining classic-type room. Our suites are called: Halasi Csipke Suite, Gróf Széchenyi Suite, Herendi Suite, Puskás Suite, Tokaji Suite, Gundel Suite.
Technical problems and faults: please report any malfunction of any equipment, furniture or furnishings in the hotel or your room to our reception staff immediately. Our guests are not entitled to repair the fault themselves and are liable for any resulting damage.
Telephone: our automated switchboard allows you to call our in-house departments directly by dialling. You will find instructions on how to use the telephone and a list of telephone numbers on a separate page in the information folder.
Television channels: the channel list for your television is in the information folder.
Please turn down the television after 22:00 to avoid disturbing other guests.
Toiletries and toiletries: toiletries and toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, soap, body lotion) are kept in the bathroom. In addition, a shower cap is provided in the bathroom. For other toiletries please contact our Reception (toothbrush set, shaving kit).
Towels: for the comfort of our guests, we provide 1 bath sheet and 1 bath towel per person in the bathroom and each room gets 1 bath mat. If you require a change of towels, please throw the used towels on the bathroom floor. If you would like to use them, then leave them on the dryer. Our staff will only change towels thrown on the floor. Towels can be changed daily on request.
Staff will check the room when guests leave. The hotel is entitled to charge the Guest for any missing textiles after check-out.
Visitors: guests are kindly requested to welcome their visitors in the common areas of the hotel. Visitors may only enter the hotel room after checking in at the Reception and are not allowed to stay in the room after 20.00. In case of violation of this rule, the Reception will charge the daily room rate applicable at the time.
Windows and balcony doors: open windows and balcony doors at your own risk and take care of your children's safety. Please note that when the window or balcony door is open, the cooling/heating of the rooms is not in operation.
 
Anti-slip mat: a limited number of bathroom anti-slip mat are available for guests upon request. Please contact our Reception for availability.
Attractions and programmes: information brochures and programme booklets are available at the Reception desk and in the Reception area, and can be obtained from our Reception staff.
Baby cot, baby-friendly services: baby cot, baby bed linen, baby bath, baby potty and baby toilet seat are provided free of charge for guests with children under 3 years of age, on request and in limited numbers.
Babysitting: for guests with children over 3 years of age, childcare is available on weekdays by prior arrangement with our qualified staff.
Bicycle rental: our hotel offers bicycle rental. For more information please contact our Reception. 
Blankets: extra blankets are available on request, please contact Reception.
Check-in: rooms can be booked from 14:00 on the day of arrival. After check-in, our guests will be given a magnetic wristband to open the room, which will allow them to use the room credit in our departments and to enter the Gabriella Thermal and Beach Spa. Check-out time is shortened if you indicate your billing needs (which name you would like to be billed under, how you would like to pay the bill, etc.) to us at check-in.
Check-out: Please check out of your room and pay your bill before 10:00 on the day of departure. In order to facilitate check-out, we offer our guests the possibility to settle their bill the night before. 
Late check-out is available on request, depending on occupancy, at the following rates:
Until 14:00: 25% of the current room rate.
After 14:00: 100 % of the current room rate.
Children's activities: various children's activities and activities are organised at the hotel at pre-announced times. Please ask at the Reception for the announced programmes.
Complaints, complaint handling: please contact the staff of the relevant department, the head of the department or the Reception with your complaint or comments during your stay, so that we can solve any problems as quickly as possible. We are unable to accept any subsequent complaints on check-out or after departure. Thank you for your understanding.
Computer assistance: If you have any problems with your computer equipment, our staff will be happy to help you. For more serious problems, our IT colleagues can help you between 9am and 4pm. Please contact Reception with any questions or requests.
Connector protection: available free of charge at the Reception.
Electric car charging: electric cars can be charged in the hotel car park, only in the designated parking spaces.
Envelope, letterhead:  We provide envelopes and letterhead for our guests upon request. Please contact Reception in person.
Extra beds: some of our hotel rooms can accommodate extra beds. Please indicate your request for an extra bed when booking. Extra beds are available for a fee.
First Aid: all staff at the Reception and at the Chamomile Flower Wellness are qualified to provide first aid.
Flowers: please ask our Reception for assistance with ordering flowers.
Gift voucher: If you have paid in advance for your stay in the form of a gift voucher, please hand in the voucher at Reception on the day of arrival. Heavy-duty shower chair with backrest: available on request at Reception.
Information material: information material about our region is available at Reception. 
International plug  converter: an international plug converter is available free of charge at reception.
Invoicing: to reduce the time required for check-out, please indicate your invoicing needs (what name you would like to be invoiced in, how you would like to pay, etc.) when you check in. You can pay your bill at any time during your stay. Our reception staff will be happy to provide you with information on the exact amounts charged to your room account, and you can also print out a pro-forma invoice or a detailed list of food and drink consumption.
Language skills: multilingual staff (English, German) is at guests' disposal at the Reception.
Office services: for information on office services (photocopying, printing, scanning), please contact our Reception. 
Magnetic bracelet: upon check-in to the hotel, our guests will receive a magnetic bracelet to open the hotel rooms, to enter the Gabriella Spa and Beach Baths and to charge the room credit, which must be handed in at the Reception upon check-out. 
Nasal vacuuming: a nasal vacuum cleaner can be requested at reception. For reasons of hygiene, the vacuum cleaner can only be used with its own nasal connection. Thank you for your understanding.
Newspaper: Daily and weekly newspapers and other newspapers are available on the lobby tables.
Parcel delivery service: our staff will be happy to assist you with the transport and storage of your parcels on arrival and on departure.

Payment by Széchenyi Card is only possible if the cardholder is also present on site. If the SZÉP card is not in the name of the person using the accommodation and the cardholder is not present on the premises, we cannot accept the card!
In the case of payment by SZÉP card, the hotel may require prepayment for the ordered services and the presentation of a public document of identification of the Guest in order to ensure the legitimate use of the card. When paying by SZÉP card, a company invoice cannot be requested! Thank you for your understanding!
Other cashless payment options, which can only be used to pay for medical massages and treatments:
Health insurance cards (MKB, OTP, Premium, Vasutas, Generali, Allianz Health Insurance)
Health insurance card payment is possible if the cardholder is also present on site. If the whole card is not in the name of the person using the accommodation and the cardholder is not present on the premises, the card will not be accepted!
In the case of payment by health insurance card, the hotel may ask for the Guest's identity document in order to ensure the legitimate use of the card. In case of payment by health insurance card, a company invoice is not available! Thank you for your understanding!
Pillow: Our hotel considers it very important that you get a good night's sleep. If the pillows provided on the bed are not suitable for you, you can choose from our selection of pillows free of charge for the duration of your stay. We also provide anti-allergenic pillows, roller pillows and feather pillows on request (limited availability of these pillow types).
Private printing: you can print in the private printing area next to the Hungarikum shop.
Programs: our reception will be happy to provide you with information about the Hungarikum Liget's own programs, the programs in Lakitelek and the surrounding area.
Reception: our hotel reception is at your disposal 0-24 hours. Our staff can be contacted in person, by phone on extension 6700 or by e-mail at recepcio@hungarikumhotel.hu.
Safe keeping of valuables: the hotel is not responsible for valuables and cash left in the hotel room. Please place your valuables in the safety deposit box in your room for safekeeping.
Secure luggage storage: our luggage storage service offers our guests the possibility to store their luggage free of charge. If you arrive before the official check-in time or if you need to store your luggage after check-out, our receptionists will be happy to help you store your luggage in the luggage room.
Shaving set: the shaving set includes a razor and a tube of shaving foam, available at the Reception.
Shoeshine machine: a shoeshine machine is available at the hotel's photocell door.
Telephone charger: several types of telephone chargers are available free of charge at our reception.
Tennis court: Guests have the possibility to use the open tennis courts at the Hungarikum Hotel for a fee.
Timetable information: information on the timetable can be requested at Reception.
Toothbrush set: toothbrush and toothpaste available at Reception for a fee.
Touch Game Table: touch screen game tables are available in the lobby. Please contact our Reception for details.
Transfer: In individual cases, a transfer service is available upon prior arrangement. Please contact our reception for details of the transfer service and possibilities.
Umbrellas: umbrellas are available at the reception on request.
Wake-up service: if you would like to request a wake-up call during your stay, please contact our Reception staff who will wake you up at the time you require.
Worship, Mass: For more information on the starting times of services and Mass and the addresses of the churches, please contact Reception.
Hungarikum Shop: Our Hungarikum Shop, located in the lobby of the hotel, offers the opportunity to buy postcards, fridge magnets, Hungarikums and other souvenirs and specialities every day between 9.00-12.00 and 13.00-16.00.
À la carte dining: in addition to the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, our restaurant also offers à la carte dining. Our à la carte menu offers fresh, local, delicious, domestic, regional dishes, using ingredients and products from the Ecological Garden and the Vegetable Processing Plant of the Hungarikum Liget - Népfőiskola Foundation. Our restaurant's à la carte dining service is available between 12.00 and 17.00. Please note that à la carte meals are not included in the room rate! For any consumption not included in the room rate, a service charge will be added.
Baby-friendly facilities: baby chairs are available in the restaurant on request (limited number).
Baby food and drinks can be heated in the restaurant on request.
Beverage consumption: please note that our half-board service only includes the consumption of beverages served at the buffet table, other beverages are not included, they are charged in addition to the room rate! Any consumption not included in the room rate will be subject to a service charge. Please consume the food and drinks served at the buffet table in the restaurant! For any consumption not included in the room rate, a service charge will be added.
Buffet breakfast: the room rate includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. The buffet breakfast covers only the consumption of the drinks served at the buffet table, other beverages are not included! Please consume the food and drinks served at the buffet table in the restaurant! The buffet breakfast is served between 7.00 and 10.00 a.m. in the Czifray István Restaurant. You can eat from the buffet table in the restaurant as you wish. We would like to operate our hotel in an environmentally friendly way, in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development, so please take the amount of food you actually want to eat. Buffet dinner: the half-board included in the room rate includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Please eat the food and drinks served at the buffet table in the restaurant! You can enjoy the buffet dinner between 18.00 and 21.00 in our Restaurant István Czifray. You can eat from the buffet table in the restaurant as you wish. We would like to run our hotel in an environmentally friendly way, in accordance with the requirements of sustainable development, so please take the amount of food you actually want to eat. Thank you for your cooperation!
The buffet dinner does not include drinks! Please eat the food served at the buffet table in the restaurant!
The hotel reserves the right to provide a half board dinner with a choice of a reduced menu, depending on the number of guests staying in the hotel, in periods of low occupancy, with a 3-course menu.
Due to measures taken to prevent the risk of COVID-19 infection, the form and menu of meals may change!
Cold pack: for departures before 7.00 a.m., or on request, a cold pack will be provided instead of breakfast on the previous day. Please inform the Reception no later than 20.00 the day before departure.
Food intolerance, food allergies: please inform our staff at the time of booking if you have any food intolerance or food allergies. If you have a food intolerance, or food allergies that you may have, we cannot guarantee that your request will be met. Special dietary requests can be accommodated by prior arrangement. Thank you for your understanding!
Reservations: for reservations at the István Czifray Restaurant, please call the restaurant. For half board dinner, reservations are limited and only available at 18.00, depending on capacity. Reserved tables will be held by our staff for a maximum of 10 minutes. Thank you for your understanding!
Restaurant: Our hotel's István Czifray Restaurant welcomes our guests every day of the week between 7.00 and 22.00. We kindly ask you to start your dinner no later than 20.30.
Room credit: Please use your magnetic wristband to charge our restaurant services to your room account.
 
Bar: Our Törley Bar welcomes you from Sunday to Thursday from 6.30 to 23.00 and on Friday and Saturday from 6.30 to 01.00! 
Drink consumption: please note that our half-board service does not include the consumption of beverages, it is charged in addition to the room rate! For any consumption not included in the room rate, a service charge will be added.
Room credit: To charge our bar services to your room account, please use your magnetic wristband.
Playroom: our playroom on the ground floor offers fun for all ages with a wide variety of games and activities run by our qualified staff.
The playroom is open to our guests according to the posted rules and regulations. 
The playroom is for children under 6 years of age only with parental supervision, and for children aged 7-14 years on their own. Children are not allowed to be left without parental supervision.
Please choose the toys in the playroom according to your age and use them as intended. Please keep the playroom tidy and clean, and draw and paint only on the designated boards and drawing boards.
Children and their parents are responsible for objects placed in the playroom. In the case of intentional damage, the financial responsibility lies with the person causing the damage or their parent or guardian. 
We ask that you observe the appropriate behaviour and language in the playroom, both towards adults and children. 
In order to protect health, sick children or their sick adult companions are not allowed in the playroom!
Please note that the hotel management reserves the right to prohibit further use of the playroom if the above rules are not observed during use. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Playground: Our adventure castle with a surface area of 200 m2 includes a climbing wall, climbing frame, climbing net, passageway, balancing, sloth climber, slides, climbing tube (certified according to the GKM Decree 78/2003 (November 27.) on the safety of playground equipment, which certifies that it meets the safety and standard requirements. It also complies with the MSZ EN 1176 standard. As shock absorber it has a sandy soil (graded sand - 01, up to a depth of 30 cm) and complies with the requirements of standard MSZ EN 1177, which states that if the fall height exceeds 1 m (our fall height is 1,4 m), an impact-absorbing floor is required) 
Children between 4 and 14 years of age allowed to use the playground, under parental supervision only and at their own risk.
Adventure pool: in the Chamomile Flower Wellness we await our guests with a 27 m², 32 C adventure pool, which is available to our guests during the opening hours of the wellness area. The pool is open to the public during the opening hours.
Showers are compulsory before using the pool. Guests are kindly requested to enter the pool using the foot wash. Jumping into the pool and disturbing other guests is prohibited! Babies in nappies must wear a swim nappy when using the pool.
Chamomile Flower Wellness: Our 240 m2 Chamomile Flower Wellness area is open every day of the week from 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. for our guests who wish to relax and refresh themselves. The use of the Chamomile Flower Wellness is included in the room rate. For the undisturbed relaxation of our guests, the use of the wellness area is exclusively for our guests. On the day of departure, the wellness area is available until check-out from the hotel room (10 a.m.). On the day of departure, the use of the spa after 10 a.m. is only available for those who requested late check-out. Thank you for your kind understanding!
Please always use slippers in the wellness area for reasons of hygiene and accident prevention.
Please note that the use of the wellness area is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children when using the wellness area.
Guests with fever or signs of infectious diseases are not allowed in the spa and pools, and we take extra care to protect the health of all our guests staying at our hotel.
Please respect the rules of the Chamomile Flower Wellness! Thank you very much for your kind cooperation!
Medicinal water:
Our water was awarded the designation of thermal water in 2016, which means it is suitable for curative purposes. We have proved its curative effect in chronic knee osteoarthritis for a course of treatment (15 days).

Sauna world: use of our sauna world in our wellness area is included in the room rate. The sauna in our Kamillavirág Wellness area offers a Finnish sauna, a steam cabin, a salt chamber, a chopped ice and a jet shower. Sauna towels are available for a sauna towel ticket. The use of the saunas is at your own risk.
Sun terrace: in the summer, guests can relax on the sun loungers placed on the sun terrace of our wellness area free of charge. Sun loungers and chairs with towels and personal belongings cannot be reserved, please leave the seats free when leaving the terrace. Only one place per guest is allowed.
No smoking on the sun terrace!
Thermal pool: our wellness area has 2 thermal pools of 16 m² with back massage elements. The pools are equipped with two thermal pools with two spa pools with two spa elements. The water temperature of the pools is 35 and 38 C. 
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the thermal pools! Showers are compulsory before using the pools. Guests are kindly requested to enter the pool through the foot wash.
Wellness Reception: guests can collect their wellness towels at the wellness reception for a wellness towel card. At our Wellness Reception we offer a selection of drinks and non-alcoholic refreshments for our guests, which can only be consumed on room credit.
Wellness towels: Chamomile Flower Wellness provides wellness towels for our guests, which can be picked up at the wellness reception upon check-in and in exchange for a wellness towel card given at the reception. Please hand in the towel before leaving the wellness area and the towel card will be returned to you. The following day, we will provide you with the wellness towel again in exchange for the towel card. It is prohibited to take textiles out of the Hungarikum Liget area!
On the day of your departure, please return the wellness towels to the wellness reception and hand in the wellness towel cards at the reception upon check-out. Thank you for your efforts! In the absence of a wellness towel card, the hotel is entitled to charge the wellness towels to the guest's room bill upon check-out.
The hotel is entitled to invoice the Guest for any missing textiles after check-out.
 
Gabriella Spa and Beach Bath: the room rate includes the use of the pools and sauna area of the Gabriella Spa and Beach Bath, which can be accessed directly from the Kamillavirág Wellness area with the magnetic bracelet you will receive upon check-in. It opens during the winter season, from 1 October to 30 April, from Monday to Sunday from 10.00 to 19.00, and during the summer season, from 1 May to 30 September, from Monday to Sunday from 09.00 to 20.00.
Medicinal water:
Our water was awarded the designation of thermal water in 2016, which means it is suitable for curative purposes. We have proved its curative effect in chronic knee osteoarthritis for a course of treatment (15 days).

In the summer season, the indoor swimming pools and sauna area, as well as the cave pool open all year round, the outdoor beach area with its pools and sunbathing areas are also part of the spa's services, which are also available free of charge to our hotel guests.
Pools: the indoor part of the spa has a family pool (with 5 different elements), a children's pool with play elements (with 3 different elements), a hot and cold water pool (which is particularly popular as a changing pool), a swimming pool and several thermal pools. The outdoor cave pool is open all year round and consists of two thermal pools with two different temperatures, with a special feature: its dome is decorated with the constellations of the current season. The outdoor beach area has a slide pool (with a family slide and 5 different elements), a children's pool (with a slide and 5 different elements) and a Kneipp pool.
Sauna world: the sauna world includes a steam room, infrared cabin, aroma sauna and two Finnish saunas, a tepidarium, an adventure shower, a plunge pool, chopped ice and a spacious sauna lounge.
Sports facilities: In summer, the outdoor beach area of the Gabriella Thermal and Beach Spa offers beach volleyball, beach football and basketball courts for active recreation. The use of the sports fields is free of charge for our guests, and balls are available for a deposit at the spa's cash desk.
Street work out track, senior fitness park: during the summer, the street work out track and senior fitness park on the outdoor beach area contribute to active recreation. The outdoor gym is free of charge for our guests during the opening hours of the spa.
Ligetszépe Health Center: the Ligetszépe Health Center, inaugurated in 2021, offers the most varied balneotherapy (including mud baths, weight baths, carbonic acid baths and underwater jet massage) and a wide range of hydrotherapy, physiotherapy and, last but not least, kinotherapy treatments. Our spa is located in the indoor swimming pool of the Gabriella Thermal and Beach Spa, with direct access for our guests via the Chamomile Flower Wellness area.
Massages, treatments: thanks to the massages and treatments of our spa, we offer the opportunity for physical and mental regeneration, detoxification and refreshment. The range of our massages and treatments, the oils and creams used for the treatments are designed to relieve and relax the tension caused by the increased stresses and strains of today's fast-paced lifestyle, and to refresh and detoxify an overworked or tired body. In addition, it is also possible to receive medical treatments with a referral to the social security system. Our receptionists at the Ligetszépe Health Centre are happy to provide you with detailed information about our wellness and spa treatments. Nimród Footgolf Park: This sport combines the rules of football and golf, played on an official golf course or footgolf course by teams of 4. You should hit the football into the holes with your foot, with as few kick as possible. The Nimród Footgolf Park designed specifically for footgolf on 7.5 hectares with 18-stage. It is also suitable for international competitions. The course called Nimród and was based on the constellation Nimrod, with the points of the constellation representing the endpoints of the game. Walking along the park's nature pathway, visitors can learn about the history of the people who lived here and the flora and fauna of the Alföld landscape.
