All guests over 18 years of age staying at the hotel are charged a tourist tax of 500 HUF/person/night.

Upon registration, the guest will fill in a hotel registration form and receive a magnetic wristband to open the hotel room door. The wristband allows guests to use room credit in our units. In addition, the magnetic wristband can be used to operate the barrier in the hotel car park.

Rooms can be booked from 14.00 on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, please leave the room before 10.00 a.m. and pay for any other services. Payment of the room is to be made at check-out.

The hotel rooms are for registered guests only, please meet visitors in the lobby.

Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or other person of legal capacity authorised by the parent or guardian.

The room rate includes buffet breakfast (7:00-10:00) and buffet dinner (18:00-21:00), which is served in the István Czifray Restaurant.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Guests are kindly requested to respect the general dress code.

Any damage caused by negligence or intent will be compensated by the hotel to the person responsible.

Guests are kindly requested to report any malfunction in the room to the reception immediately, otherwise a surcharge will be automatically added to the guest's room bill.

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and on the terraces of the hotel (including: electric cigarettes).

Guests are kindly requested to seek designated smoking areas.

The hotel rooms are cleaned every day between 8:00 and 16:30.

Please, put the "Do not disturb!" warning sign on the door handle to indicate that hotel staff are not disturbing you.

Guests can indicate their need for extra cleaning in their room by placing a "Cleaning please" sign on the door handle.

The locked car park next to the hotel is for the exclusive use of our guests. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any vehicles or valuables left in the car park.

Please respect and do not disturb the peace and quiet of other hotel guests by being noisy. Please respect this especially after 22:00. If the guest falls ill during the period of stay and is unable to take care of himself/herself, the hotel will offer medical assistance. The guest uses the offered medical assistance and ambulance call at his/her own risk and responsibility.

Please hand in the lost property to reception, where it will be registered. Items suitable for storage will be kept by the hotel for 3 months.

The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms. Please use the safety deposit box in the room to store your valuables.

The guest uses the hotel's equipment, wellness and other services as intended and at his/her own risk, being aware of his/her own health, physical and mental condition, therefore the hotel excludes any liability for damages resulting from the use of the hotel's equipment, wellness and other services not as intended or not in accordance with the guest's actual health, physical and mental condition.

The hotel will provide information about the guest's current, past or future stay at the hotel to third parties, including the guest's close relatives, only with the guest's prior written consent. This prohibition of information does not apply to requests made on the basis of the law.

In order to ensure the security of the property and persons of the Foundation and its guests, a 24-hour reception service is in operation throughout the Foundation's premises, and a camera system is in operation in certain areas, recording video 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In case of fire and evacuation, the guest must follow the escape route posted in the room, corridor or throughout the building, or the instructions of the hotel staff or firefighters on site.

In the event of a fire or any indication of fire, the guest must immediately inform the hotel reception.
