The Bíró Zoltán Conference Room is a domed banquet hall with a capacity of 180 people.

It is located in the middle of the second floor of the Hungarikum Hotel and has four entrances.

The conference room has a balcony and can be connected to the meeting rooms and the interpreters' rooms.

It is an ideal venue for larger meetings, conferences or meetings.

The hotel has two meeting rooms on the second floor, the István Bakos Meeting Room and the Lajos Kassai Meeting Room. 

The rooms have two entrances, one from the Bíró Zoltán Conference Room and the other from the conference level lobby.

Access to the lobbies from two sides, both lobbies have a ladies toilet, a men's toilet and a disabled toilet.

The rooms can accommodate 12-25 people depending on the layout.

The Interpreter's Rooms in the Zoltán Bíró Conference Room can accommodate up to 4 people.

They can accommodate smaller meetings and discussions.
